Stall Reservations
If you wish to reserve a stall for the horse show, you must call Karen at Hawkesbury Farm on (757) 721-3819. All reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please call Karen if you need to cancel your reservation. Stalls are available for $30/day.
Pre-Entries
Pre-entries for this show are available by emailing Kathy King at kackisue@msn.com or by fax to (757) 301-9735. The deadline for all pre-entries is 8 pm, Friday, May 10, 2013. If pre-entered, classes/warm-ups are $20 and divisions are $45. If not pre-entered, classes/warm-ups are $25 and divisions are $50.
Hawkesbury Show Series
The Hawkesbury Farm winter shows combined with the VBHSA and VHSA associate-rated shows will be combined to form a series. There will be awards at each of the shows plus high point series awards. Additionally, awards will be given to the High Point Hunter Pony, High Point Hunter Horse and High Point Equitation Rider. In order to be eligible for the series High Point Awards, the rider or horse must show in at least five (5) of the Series shows.
