Stabling notes:
If you are chose Package B stabling on a dressage entry, then you do not need to do anything further. Your originial stall will be good for the duration.. If you are not stabling, a Haul-In Fee applies.
Additional Documents:
Be sure to attach signed copies of BOTH the USEF Waiver AND the Federation Entry Agreement, as well as current negative Coggins and verification of Flu/Rhino within 6 months. Documents can also be emailed to SGP588@hotmail.com
Credit Card Payment Option:
If you want to pay by CC, you need to email the show secretary, Shannon Bossung, SGP588@hotmail.com. She will sent you the QR code for PayPal account for ERAHC, and the invoice + 3% to cover CC charges.
Entry Form:
Be sure to use both pages of entry form. Page 1 has entry information, Page 2 has stabling and signatures for entry agreement.
