Grand Prix Check In
Check in will be Friday between 12-1 in the grass between the Hunter Farms setup and the food truck. Bring the GP horse, the back number, and know the horse's stall #. Microchips will be scanned.
Major Schedule Changes
Please look at the revised schedule! After exhibitor feedback during the April shows, we have made some schedule changes including moving all the Jumper Equitation Classes to Sunday in the International Ring. Young Hunters will now run Wed/Thurs in Ring 1. Children's Hunter Horse and 3' Eq classes will run on Sat. morning in Ring 2. Child Pony Hunters will run in the same rings. Sat. ring 3 in am, Sunday Ring 2 in am.
NO SAME DAY ADDS
We want our exhibitors to be able to plan their schedules accurately and efficiently. Because of this, we have implemented a no same day adds policy. If you have questions or concerns, please see Will or Dina.
Outreach Derby Field Moved
Sunday's classes scheduled to run on the Derby Field will now go into Ring 2 at the end of the day. Start time will not be before noon.

GET YOUR STALL RESERVATIONS IN ON TIME! The stabling company plans in advance how many tents and stalls to build. You may be shut out if stalls are not available! We want to build enough stalls for everyone to come! Plus you save the $50 late stall fee! Help us help you to make a better horse show! Horse stalls must be paid in advance and are not refundable after the closing date. Tack stalls may be paid or split at the show.
Closing Date of Entries: APRIL 22, 2024
Entries must be received by the show office by the closing date to be considered on time. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required for each entry.
