YOU MUST HAVE YOUR NUMBER TO SCHOOL YOU WILL NEED A FORM OF PAYMENT AND ALL SIGNATURES TO PICK UP A NUMBER Schooling over fences is permitted in the rings on Thursday & Friday morning until 1 hour before the ring start time and at the completion of the ring until 8:00 PM. Schooling over fences in the rings Saturday at the completion of the ring until 7:00 PM. Flatting only permitted Saturday & Sunday morning.
IRS/W9
An IRS/W9 needs to be completed showing the proper prize money recipient and their SS or FED ID#. Care must be taken to be sure the information matches that of the IRS. Prize money will be deducted from your account upon closeout in the office provided you have filled out the required IRS/W9.
