The USEF home office in Lexington, Kentucky will be closed over the Labor Day weekend. This is due to the move to a new office building. They will be totally unreachable. Therefore we will not be able to verify any memberships etc. We will require that exhibitors bring with them to the show proof of USEF and USHJA membership.The following forms of memberships are: Paper copy or original membership card. Picture of membership cards on your phone.If exhibitors can not show proof of membership the USEF is requiring our show to charge the non membership fees, even if exhibitors are members!! So please have membership cards available.We apologize for this inconvenience, but this is not something we have any control over.
