Attention Trainers: Everyone attending the State College Horse Show Series (trainers, riders, owners, grooms, etc.) MUST sign the USEF Liability Waiver, the Entry Waiver and the COVID-19 Waiver to attend this year's horse shows. Please print the Waiver and have everyone sign and email to me - bevabbott2575@gmail.com BEFORE the horse show to avoid long lines at check in.
