A USEF Waiver and Release of Liability, must be submitted to the Horse Show Secretary. These need to be submitted before you will be admitted to the show grounds. You will also need to submit copies of Coggins and required vaccinations. If you provided health papers at a previous show this year health papers are not necessary. Anyone showing in a class with Prize Money must submit a completed W-9 at each show prior to showing. Please check for accuracy of names, addresses, phone numbers and email address prior to submitting entries. There will be NO SAME DAY ADDS. Please contact Sophie for Show Office needs.
