A USEF Waiver and Release of Liability, must be submitted by any one requesting entry to the to the show grounds. All horses entering the grounds must be accompanied by documentation of Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus (Rhino-pneumonitis) vaccinations within six months and valid proof of a negative coggins test (within 12 months). Anyone showing in a class with Prize Money must submit a completed W-9 at each show prior to showing.
