Covid-19 waivers (required by both USEF & USHJA) are availvable below. PRINT AND SIGN PRIOR TO THE SHOW, must have signed waiver for trainer, rider and owner(if present on grounds).BRING COMPLETED FORMS to the show office when picking up your number and entry information.
