Entries are due by Tuesday, September 21st at midnight after which a late fee ($55.00) applies.
Show Information
Current Coggins and Rabies Certificates are required for all animals on the show grounds. Pony measuring, if necessary, will take place on Saturday between ~ 10:00am and 11:00am. Please call the Show Manager 48 hours prior to the start of the show if you are in need of pony measuring.Show will start promptly at 8:30am on both Saturday and Sunday.
Sarah Hadley Competition
All riders participating in the Sarah Hadley will ride the same course in their respective height classes. Courses for 3'' and 3'3" riders will include an in and out. The practicum phase of the competition will be held at Stryker Stables on Sunday. Times for one-on-one meetings with the practicum adminstrator will be announced closer to the show date. Riders must arrive at the practicum dressed in formal show attire and with a show ring bag. Information regarding the written exam will be posted on the VHJA website (www.vhja.org) as well as on the VHJA Facebook page as the show date nears.Awards for the Sarah Hadley Horsemanship Competition wil be presented at the show on Sunday after all Practicums are complete.
