1. Entries close Friday September 24th at 9pm.2. Entry Fees – Judged Warmup $25, Each Division $75. Checks can be made out to Cherry Wine Equestrian3. Office Fee $104. Fence heights are approximate.5. Derby Classes – All rounds will be scored numerically, and judged on soundness, performance, hunter pace, brilliance and jumping style. All riders will be invited to return for a Handy Round. High options will be available for an additional point added to their scores without major fault. Scores will be added together to determine the final placings of each derby.6. Horses may be ridden in multiple derbies by different riders, but may not be ridden by multiple riders in the same derby.7. Hacking will be permitted in the ring until 8:45am. Absolutely no jumping of any obstacles will be permitted at any time, except while on course in a class.8. 6 ribbons will be awarded for each judged warmup. 8 ribbons will be awarded for each derby.9. Approved helmets must be worn while mounted. No exceptions.10. Exhibitors must scratch and/or add classes at the office
