Late this afternoon we had a professional rider that had five horses need to scratch. It does affect the time schedule. Please look at the revised schedule. If possible, it would help the show secretaries out if trainers themselves or an authorized to sign adult to the show office to pick up numbers. The show will start promptly at 8:00am in Ring II. Ring I is open for schooling until 9:00am for all sections through Low TB. Promptly at 9:00am Ring I will be graded and set for an immediate transition. We will switch rings as noted in the schedule from that point on. Trainers:We respectfully request that if you have riders in that first set of Ring II classes that you please school your horses that show in Ring I before the show starts. Schooling in Ring I will end at 9:00.

The USEF Waiver form must be completed by all show participants and trainers. To save time at the show office, we ask that you print a blank waiver below for each rider and the trainer, sign and date the form and bring to the show office when you check in. You MUST PRINT the form, we cannot electronically retrieve a completed form from Horseshowing.com. Thanks and we look forward to seeing everyone at this year's Halcyon Horse Shows
